My new hedgehog. <3 We picked him up at about 1 and the poor guy was sleeping. :C He was not pleased to be awake and spent quite a bit of time in the store in scared hedgeball form.
We bought everything we needed— though it turns out the wheel they offered is a bit too big and we’ll be going back to get a new one, along with buying mealworms for treats— and Dad set it up pretty fast.
He seems to like riding in the car. He uncurled quickly and spent most of the ride tumping around and picking at the box corners.
He really likes being free of the petshop and you can tell. He was pretty hedgeballtastic as the cage was being put together, but that video is of him right after being put in. C:
